How the documents work together
The Terms, order form, Acceptable Use Policy, Business Messaging Policy and DPA form the customer agreement. The Privacy and Cookie Policies are notices. The retention, deletion, subprocessor, security and accessibility pages describe operational practices and available request channels. A signed order or negotiated addendum controls if it expressly conflicts with these online terms.
