Service description

ShipMsg is business communications software that lets customer businesses connect and operate their own communications-provider assets, including WhatsApp Business Accounts, phone numbers, contacts, consent records, templates, campaigns, inboxes, automation, analytics, billing and developer integrations. Customers remain responsible for their business, recipients, content, consent and provider eligibility.

Intellectual property

ShipMsg software, documentation, design, text, graphics and service marks are owned by ShipMsg or its licensors. Customer names, marks, content and data remain the property of the customer or their respective owners. No license is granted except the limited right to use the service under the customer agreement.

Third-party services

References to Meta, WhatsApp, Stripe, Cloudflare, Oracle, Twilio or other providers identify interoperability only. Their marks belong to their owners. ShipMsg is not WhatsApp or Meta, does not grant provider approval, and cannot override provider terms, reviews, availability, pricing, quality enforcement or account restrictions.

Public materials are provided for general information and are not legal, tax or financial advice. Contract terms govern paid service. ShipMsg may correct or update public materials as the service and applicable requirements change.
